About Carlos

Carlos embodies a diverse skill set that encompasses operations management, supply chain expertise, and strategic leadership.  He personifies a unique fusion of military discipline, strategic acumen and technological innovation.  Carlos’s profound ability to drive results, build relationships, and lead with purpose sets him apart as a valuable asset in the corporate world.  He leverages his military background to bring exceptional leadership skills and operational excellence to the corporate landscape, all of which have consistently elevated productivity and effectiveness within various environments.  

Carlos proudly served for 15 years in the United States Marine Corp, achieving roles including Communications Maintenance Chief, Platoon Sergeant, and Marine Corp Instructor of Water Survival.  He managed training, equipment maintenance, and combat operations, displaying unwavering dedication to his unit’s success, including combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.  He also won multiple recognitions leading a Marine Corp recruiting station in South Texas.

Currently, Carlos is a Regional Sales Manager and Communication Systems Consultant at AT&T.  With a career characterized by dedication, innovation, and a results-oriented approach, he excels in transforming businesses through strategic solutions and cutting-edge technology. 

Carlos holds a BS in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and a Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise.
